I started my hairdressing career over 30 years ago at the then renowned salon Mister Hans situated in the high street Salisbury.
After successfully completing my training I went on to have my own salon near my childhood home.
Returning to work in Salisbury in the mid 90’s I worked for many years at Sweeney’s on Fisherton street.
With the arrival of my two boys I worked as a mobile stylist for 13 years. As they they grew independent the call to build my business and have a fixed chair was apparent.
Most recently and during the “COVID PANDEMIC” I was based in Adorn beauty salon in North street Salisbury.
After an exciting opportunity I am now thrilled to be based back on Fisherton street opening my very own hair salon .
When I’m not working I like nothing better than to be out and about.
Preferably on the water at the coast with my paddle board or walking in Salisbury, Dorset or the New Forest area with my partner Ben and the now teenage boys.
So why hair?
‘‘As a little girl as far back as my memory can take me I always knew I wanted to be a hairdresser.
I loved my girls world, one of my all time favourite Christmas gifts and I was always doing my own hair.
I was thought to be to shy to be successful but thankfully I was given the chance and I have never looked back. I love to make people feel good about themselves and their hair.
